8. Then the arrogant AG and the PP shamelessly issued public threats on Mr Pilbert’s office live on TV.. demoralizing him and the service.

9. Then the massive revelations about the missing piano and the even bigger revelation that it was right there.

10. The PM’s arrogant statements to CARICOM that Trinidad is not an ATM starting a sustained boycott of TT goods in the region.

11. The PP’ governments systemic and enduring negative statements that the treasury is empty even though PNM left 69bill in CB. These sustained statements striped the economy of all confidence it had.

12. The IMF criticism of the GOV for being too slow to appoint the major state boards and identified as a major contributor to the economy's stagnation.

13. The continuing Clico uncertainty which this GOV is propagating by procrastination.

14. Then Jack with CAL grand charge and humiliation of a minister by George Nicholas when the PM favoured George and allowed a leadership crisis in the airline to continue for 9 months positioning him as the new super powerful Calder Hart.

15. Nicholas giving the insurance Brokerage on CAL’ to CIC while it is under investigation for “Kickbacks” and while the Nicholas family had a stake in CIC.

Miss Marlene Mc Donald (Port of Spain South): Thank you, Mr. Speaker and thank you for the opportunity to join this debate this evening, the Administration of Justice (Indictable Proceedings) Bill, 2011.

I want to tell the Member for St. Joseph, the Minister of Justice, this was not a new idea. I went back and I looked. I researched and basically, this PNM Bench supported, back in 2009, when the then Attorney General discussed with us the abolition of the Indictable Offences (Preliminary Enquiry) Bill. We supported it then and we support it now. I just think we should put that on record.

CONCLUSION

It is to be noted the majority of this list is NOT Corruption Allegations but Fabrications, Speculations, Lies and Nancy Stories. Whatever Corruption Allegation there was has been dealt with by the Integrity Commission.

Out of the entire list the only thing that cost taxpayers money was the PM Sister Traveling with her and I use the figures quoted by PNM it is $900,000 and the Integrity Commission has cleared the PM of any wrong doing.

You should also note there's no Allegation of Cost Overrun, by the PNM own admission in 2 ½ years there has been no Allegation of Cost Overrun is any project.

Inspite of all the mistakes, missteps and misunderstanding there is no money missing.
