The Attorney General is the Legal Adviser to the Cabinet, any matter of “wrongdoing” is passed on to the AG for Legal Advice (E.g. the Darryl Smith report) in this case you have a “Conflict of Interest” directly involving the Attorney General, so who are they going to turn to for Legal Advice? Faris? No they can’t! He would have to “recuse” himself, so who else in the Cabinet can act as Attorney General to deal with this matter? NO ONE since ALL of them collectively took part in approving the $23 million contract, they all are culpable and MUST RESIGN!
