41 YEARS OF PNM GOVERNANCE THEY COULDN'T DO THIS! ONE YEAR OF THE PPG IT IS DONE!


Residents of Penal, Debe and other parts of South Trinidad will no longer have to travel to Port of Spain to get birth and death certificates.
